Ensuring quality throughout the manufacturing process

TPM has incoming material quality control. Samples are taken from each lot of material and tested for quality. Our lab has GPC, TGA, DSC, MSA, FTIR, ash content and melt flow capabilities. We also have external partners for any other testing that needs performed. Our quality department has four CMM’s, tool scopes, gear rolling, and profilometers. Following any sub/final assembly work we can pressure decay test for leaks as well as destructively test, also check the sub-assemblies that we manufacture.
