Insert molding capabilities
TPM offers a large range of insert molding capabilities. We utilize robotic insert placement for our molding processes. We also use optical, vision, and vacuum detection systems to verify insert placement is accurate every time. TPM can solder-bond and resistive-weld inserts before or after molding. We are able to perform solderability verification of inserts.
